I Just wanted to know how do I check online whether P.Tax has been paid by concern if they have lost the Challan of Payment.
Or There is any other way for finding out Whether P.Tax has been paid ?
If Payment is made in Cash ?

Can Section 25 company accept donation from foreign parties?

Dear Sir,

A Section 25 company is in the process of obtaining registration u/s 80G as per Income Tax Act, 1961.
Can it accept donations from foreign parties under FCRA ? If yes, then what is the procedure for registration under FCRA and what formalities need to be complied with ?

LLP consultancy and CA firm (( IS this Possible))

is this possible?? A LLP firm which offers consultancy and under this umbrella a few few CA firms operating too who do statute audit etc?

> Also Can a practicing CA have a Stake in this LLP(which offers only Consultancy & internal Audit)
