I am currently pursuing CA Final. I would like to join for CWA. Is completion of practical training a pre-requisite for appearing in CWA final? Is completion of computer training necessary for appearing for CWA intermediate?

A Section 25 company is in the process of obtaining registration u/s 80G as per Income Tax Act, 1961.
Can it accept donations from foreign parties under FCRA ? If yes, then what is the procedure for registration under FCRA and what formalities need to be complied with ?

is this possible?? A LLP firm which offers consultancy and under this umbrella a few few CA firms operating too who do statute audit etc?
