19 February 2010 What is the leave provision during Articleship for Final student who passed PE-II?

19 February 2010 As per the Training guidelines by the Institute for a three year articleship period:

It is 1/6th of the Actual period worked.

where Actual period worked is ( 1095 - Total leave taken in 3 years time ).

19 February 2010 Is This provision applicable to the Student who have passed PE-II????

Coz 1 of my Frnd has told me that this is for PCC student...

For PE-II student it is 1/7...

Please confirm and reply....

19 February 2010 Yes this provision applies to student with three years of articleship as per Inst Guidelines on training.
