Dear Sir,
A Section 25 company is in the process of obtaining registration u/s 80G as per Income Tax Act, 1961.
Can it accept donations from foreign parties under FCRA ? If yes, then what is the procedure for registration under FCRA and what formalities need to be complied with ?
