is this possible?? A LLP firm which offers consultancy and under this umbrella a few few CA firms operating too who do statute audit etc?

A LLP firm can offer consultancy but cannot do audit as the same is not allowable as per companies act.
Big 4 have the structure abroad as LLP's and not in India.
In india still they have partnership firms only for audits.
