pls let me know the current benefits to export oriented units i.e. EOUs from all point of view i.e. direct & indirect tax both, subsidies & others.

pls also let me know that whether to work as an eou unit is it necessary to have plant location in any of SEZ, FTZ etc. or we can work as an EOU from anywhere in India.

PAN No:- Available

Sec 12A registration:- Not available. Apllied in the year 200 but did not follow up

FCRA Registration:- Not available.

Type of Income:- Foreign Contribution from individuals

Bank account:- SB account closed three months (Bank closed the account) back for non receipt of FC registration number.

Books of Accounts:- Not available of any of the years.

Question:-

1) Should the trust be closed formally and open a new trust.

2) Should the existing trust be ignored and open a new trust

3) Should we continue with the existing trust.

Can NRI purchase the shares in PVT. Ltd. company which has a agriculture land of 10000 sq. meters as investment?

the drawer of a cheque is discharged to the extent of loss or damage suffered by him if a.the cheque is not presented for payment with in a reasonable time of its issue and b.the drawer suffers suffers the damages becoz of suchdelay..

whether at present PPF Account in name of minor child can be opened by parents recently one of sbi branch has denied to open such account please also see matter find from tax guru

Opening of an account for a minor:

(a) In view of complaints being received about non-opening of accounts for minor by some Agency banks, it is reiterated that as per Rule 3 (1) of PPFScheme, 1968, an individual may, on his own behalf or on behalf of a minor, of whom he is the guardian, subscribe to the Public Provident Fund . Further it is reiterated that as clarified, vide Ministry of Finance letter F.7/34/88/-NS II dated November 17, 1989, either father or mother can open a PPF account on behalf of his/her minor child but not both.
