1)After raising WC loan, what kind of report has to be submitted to the bank?
2)how frequently are such reports submitted - monthly/qtrly/yearly?
3)In what format is such report submitted?

Monthly:
1. Stock Statements and Funds flow Statement
2. Debtor statement
Quarterly:
1. Stock and Debtor Statements
2. Fund Flow Statements
3. QIMS Report in Form I,II,III and IV
(as provided by the Bank)
Annually:
1. All the above
2. BAlance Sheet and P/L Account
3. Certificate from Auditor that the funds are used for the purpose for which the Loan is obtained from the Bank.
Format will be provided by the Bank. You can get the Soft Copy on request.

Pls provide the format for stock & debtor statement.
For monthly fund flow st. the co. has to prepapre B/S & P/L on a monthly basis as FF st. can be prepared using 2 separate Bal. sheets? Pls confirm.
