I HAVE MISPLACED MY PCC MARKS SHEET OF 1ST GROUP. CAN ANY BODY TELL ME HOW CAN I GET A DUPLICATE MARKS SHEET FROM ICAI?

Hi,

My friend has got a job offer from a MNC ( IT sector) .He will be having a base pay of Rs 10000. But in the offer letter under retirement benefits, his PF contibution is s hown as Rs 780 only. when he called the company to rectify it to 1200 (10000*12%) they said they have kept it a base of Rs 780 & if he wants to contribute more he can do so but it will be under Voluntary contribution only. My questions are as follows :
1. shouldnt the company deduct Rs 1200 as it is 12% mandatory of base pay?
2. in case he decides to contribute Rs 1500 as Voluntary contribution to PF , is it mandatory for the company to contribute a similar amount ?
3. If the company refuses to contribute a higher amount than Rs 780, can he take any corrective action against them.

i am undergoing industrial training at chennai (pcc passed out student). my articleship period gets over by 26th mar, 2011. as per the latest modification of rules (6.8.10), am i eligible to appear for final exam in november,2010? kindly guide me.... as inst. has said v can write if v r in the last 6 mnths of articleship.

i clear my 2nd group in may 2007 n still i m not cleared first group now...

i just want to knw d procedure regarding conversion from pe-2 to ipcc n all details n hw much amt i hv to pay as fees for registration, is dere any exemption..

whn wud i m eligible for ipcc exam n on which subject..

plz let me knw very soon so dat i can registered my self in ipcc exam..
