I have recently started practice. According to CA regulations Can I affix a Glowsign board outside my office. and can I show services offering by my firm on it.

Pls provide me such regulations copy regarding affixing glowsign board.( If Available).

i had appeared for both groups of ipcc in may 2010, but unfortunately i gained only an exemption in accounts in group 1.
so i want to know that if i score good marks in november 2010 and become eligible to get a rank, will my rank be valid.............
