In 3cd reprt what will we comment upon if loan is accepted or paid u/s 269ss through RTGS whereas it is specify whether loan is accepted/paid otherwise than through account payee cheque/bank draft

Yes, if the loan is accepted through RTGS it is violation of 269SS. No such amendment in the act at present.
