A CA is a partner in one firm. Now he wants to join another firm as a partner.

Query -
1. If he joins as a partner in 2nd firm, then will this partnership affects the old firm's eligibility for Bank audit where no. of partners are counted. i.e will he still be counted as a partner in the old firm for the purpose of Bank Audits.??
