A company paid 150000 for printing of visiting cards whether TDS is applicaple on this or not

Dear Kansalji,
TDS is non deductible w. e. f. 01.10.2009 u/s 194C as it does not include manufacturing or supplying a product according to the requirement or specification of a customer by using material purchased from a person, other than such customer.
