A friend is setting up a business, where he creates websites listing dealers for a particular genre.

Say, fireworks/ crackers.

Since he only lists dealers contacts and will earn commission on sales through his website, is VAT, inter state sale etc applicable to him?

Could anybody elaborate on what acts are appicable in such a case?

what is meant by carbon credits

whether a Minor can apply for PAN on behalf of his parents. If yes,then what documents to be submitted along with PAN Application so far ID proof & Address proof is concerned.

As Person is minor hence not having any valid documents in his name except School Leaving certificate & Ration card in name of father.

marginal costing is prepared when i.e. whether it will prepare as estimation before manufacturing or after manufacturing.
if before then if raw material price changes then what they will do whether they will incrase price or they will charge at the4 same price.
