me how to prepare.... my exams start on 18th of oct to 23rd and i have to prepare i what to work hard...

In this context, I want to know that since the liability of every partner in a partnership firm is unlimited, then how can a limited company be a partner in a partnership firm which is not an LLP.

Also, I understand that there is a DCA circular in this regard Circular No. 1-81 (20-1-81-CL-V). But this circular is not touching this unlimited liability aspect of Partnership law.

I have not received my registration letter for IPCC till now despite the fact that i registered for the same on 30 July 2010.

Is it possible for a member of ICAI to hold full time certificate of practice (COP) issued by the ICAI, and work in a chartered accountant firm as an employee and get salary (taxable under section 17 of Income Tax act, 1961). Please tell me the possibility with reference of relevant ICAI regulations and/or notification etc.

How to give effect to prepaid expenses, proposed tax, provision, depreciation etc on a monthly basis. & which entries are to be reversed in the following month.

Sir I have done CA in 2006, Now I want to do LLB.
(i) Pls tell can I do so & for this will I have to take prior permission from ICAI.

(ii) Can I do LLB through distance learning and then after completing register with BAR council.

(iii) Is there any exam exemption for CA doing LLB course.
