can a private co. issue shares of face value Rs.1 and wat r the Sec. or regulations which are to be followed while deciding the face value of share.

I'm given a magnet and an iron piece of same colour,size and shape but i'm not given any external device and i ve been locked in a room whch has no windows and oly a closed wooden door.how would i differentiate between the magnet nd the iron piece???(im not given any othr device to check for the property of attraction)

I need an advice on registration of partnership firm. we are three members holding full time COP are planning to form a partnership firm. The issue is that is it mendatory that the name of the firm should cover the first alphabet of all three members. For example:- The full name is Shanker Sharma, Manish Sharma and Ajay Singhal, we would liketo create a firm namely SMA associates(S & A is the first alphabet of the two member and M is the surname of the another member. can we create firm in that manner.
Please advice and give the relevant regulation of CA act.

Actuallay Sir I mention in the TDS Challan not only wrong name even TAN No. of the Company also.
TAN NO. WHICH I mention in the TDS Challan is: "DELA14497A" (A DELHI NETWORK PVT LTD) Instead of "DELN07407B" (N+B DESIGN STUDIO PROP. NIGUL BAKSHI. Then how can I Modify this error. I hope You may shortout my Problem as soon as possible.

If I can correct it Please send me the information about that what is the process or rule to correct it and what I do for it. Actually I prepare a Challan Name of "A DELHI NETWORK PVT LTD" Instead of "Nigul Bakshi Prop. N+B Design Studio". General permission of RBI is granted for transfer of shares from NRI to NRI. Is there any restriction on the determination of the sale value or any valuation of share is to be done.

I am holding full time COP. Recently I joined a Company in the capacity of consultant. Do I have to intimate the institute regading the same? Can I continue offering services as consultant and also hold full time COP or do I need to convert my COP to part time COP. Can any one guide me as to the procedure for the same?

In this context, I want to know that since the liability of every partner in a partnership firm is unlimited, then how can a limited company be a partner in a partnership firm which is not an LLP.

Also, I understand that there is a DCA circular in this regard Circular No. 1-81 (20-1-81-CL-V). But this circular is not touching this unlimited liability aspect of Partnership law.
