I own a flat in joint name of myself & my wife.I wish to transfer this property to a pvt ltd company owned jointly by me & my wife. I want know as to what are the charges & taxes i will have to pay in this regard, and what is the best way to save tax in this matter, if any has to paid.

I have completed my CA in Nov 09 and also completed Mcom in 2008.When i applied for degree i was intimated that i had to take permission for pursuing Mcom under regulation 65.I have submitted all the particulars demanded alongwith penalty for breach.But still i have not received my degree.Please suggest what to do?I have talked on phone but they say it would take time and I want to have a practice certificate.

Pf is payable on Basic + DA + Retaining allowance. It is stated that DA shall be deemed include value of food concession provided. that means if value food concession is given separately, we shall not add the same with DA. is ma view correct?
