Hope every thing is going on well. I need a small clarification. Whether a Practicing CA can enroll with Bar Council as an Advocate? Pls clarify.

yes but after prior permission of ICAI.

The above observation needs reconsideration with reference to appendix-9 of the CA regulations and the regulations of Bar Council of India.
