One of my friends who is a carpenter is planing to set up a carpentry unit by employing some people requested me to prepare a project report for the same to avail Govt Subsidy. I have got some formats from CCI itself. If u have any format specific to the same please let me know.
My question is Whether the project report should be signed by a Chartered Accountant or anyone else? If yes, by whom?

I have completed my PCC in may 2010 in fist attempt now i am planning to apply ATC certificate from the institute, before applying kindly clarify the following points.

1)whether PCC scheme student are eligible to receive ATC certificate.

2) whether ATC certificate will be received automatically by us before completion of articleship or we have to apply?

3) since i have completed 2 year 5 months article, shall i have to wait for completion of my article?

4)if we have to apply then tell me about procedure after or before completion of Article.

5) if any online ID or link to apply ATC kindly provide the same.

We have availed OD limit of Rs.25.00 Lakhs (Collateral Free) from Karnataka Bank Ltd., Tirupur and the same has been covered under CGTMSE scheme.

In addition to OD we need PACKING CREDIT AND FDBP Limit to execute Export orders. we have approached our bank, they told us that they will cover ECGC for Export credit facilities and they could not sanction Packing Credit & FDBP limit under CGTMSE scheme.

Is it mandatory for bank to cover ECGC for Packing credit. Any RBI Guidelines /circulars?

Pls clarify can we get loan under CGTMSE coverage for Export credit facilities

He has signed tax audits dated 30.09.2010 on his individual name. He is not having any proprietary concern nor he is a partner in any firm.

one of my client who has make his pan card from me , but however i came to know after one year that there is an mistake in pan card - the mistake is that in pan card the name of the client is correct but on site it show wrong name and on that wrong name pan card number alloted to the client .Therefore what should i do in order to change the name in the site as well as wrong pan no ?
