04 December 2010 Dear Expert,

I have completed my PCC in may 2010 in fist attempt now i am planning to apply ATC certificate from the institute, before applying kindly clarify the following points.

1)whether PCC scheme student are eligible to receive ATC certificate.

2) whether ATC certificate will be received automatically by us before completion of articleship or we have to apply?

3) since i have completed 2 year 5 months article, shall i have to wait for completion of my article?

4)if we have to apply then tell me about procedure after or before completion of Article.

5) if any online ID or link to apply ATC kindly provide the same.

04 December 2010 A. Hi, yes, pcc students can apply for ATC.... B. Its not compulsary to obtain, but an optional.., and one has to apply for it, it cannot b recieved by its own..... C. PCC students need to clear pcc both groups and complete articleship of 3.5 years.., while ipcc students can clear 1st grup and complete 1 yr of articleship to obtain certificate..... D. U hv to download from ICAI site, fill it nd send it to noida branch.., and u can fill it online also, link is at icai site, students section...... Hope all is clear now....
