can a person with the degree of ca and cs allow to practise both simuntaneously

Is it possible to do articleship in UK??? or is it possible to finish f CA studies after ipcc in UK???

I HAVE NOT COMPLETED MY ORIENTATION PROGRAMME CAN I GO FOR ARTICLESHIP BEFORE ITS COMPLETION AS I HAVE PASSED GROUP 1 OF IPCC. CAN I APPEAR FOR GROUP 2 IN MAY 2011 BEFORE COMPLETION OF ORIENTATION

Dear Experts,

A pvt. ltd. publishing co has 23 staffs. Want to appoint 5 persons young freshers with pay band 6600/- to 8000/- gross per month and those who has not worked earlier anywhere.

My Qs. is can the above co. appoint them wihout PF benefit as per Provident fund Act?

Pls give your valued advice.

I HAV GIVEN NOV 10 IPCC BT I M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY COSTING MARKS CAN I GIV TIS FOR REVALIDATION IF SO THEN UP TO WHAT DATE AND WHATS PROCEDURE PLS TELL ME AS EARLIEST AS POSSIBLE

Xyz is an employee of abc bank from Aug 2008 to Mar 2009…. Company deduct pf on monthly basis Xyz has not claimed his pf till date..

Again Xyz join as an employee ( in One of Broking Company) in that company also PF has been deducted Xyz has not claimed his pf till date..
Xyz come to know that he has to claim PF amount from both organization !!!!!!!( As he has not transfer his PF amt. which has been deducted by bank to Broking Co. PF A/c)

My querry is what effective step has to be taken by XYZ to get his own money back (PF amt)…???

And If bank and or Broking Company refused to give PF amount then what would be steps taken by xyz for his own money???

i am going to appear for pcc may 2011 i am facing problem in coasting with this two chapters material and labour can anyone pls help regarding this two topic only. i have refered padhuka but its two bulky and direct sums are given. any other suggestion

sir....i m ipcc student n now m looking for articleship..one company offering me rs.5000 as a stipend and another firm rs.3500 so where should i join??? i believe that if i join in mid size firm then they put me in one field i.e audit only.......pls giv your valuable suggestion i m confused........
