Query Regarding partner retirement :

If one of the Partner retires from the firm after 01.01.2011, what is the procedure to be followed at the time of (MEF) bank empanalment. Is the signature on declaration form or else where required in the form. As on the day retirement deed is yet be executed.

hey hi i have query regarding executive course as i was going through the prospectus I came to know about the eligibility for executive course where it was said we have to clear oral tuition and computer training course so do we have to complete this courses our self or institute would provide us classes do reply

what is Duty drawback and its procedure and VKUY scheme and its procedure for the export house(unit).

My client is an Educational Institute (school without govt.grant). To Increase the performance of the employees (teachers), they have elected team leaders , subject head (leaders)etc. who will be paid bonus-incentive.(may be Rs.5000 pm). Every year, there will be a new leader.However if Mr.A is elected as Team leader, he will be paid Rs.60,000/- this year (Rs.5,000/-pm)who may not be team leader next year and will get the agreed pay without the bonus.
Can I treat it as incentive and not deduct PF on the same? or will there be an objection? Please guide

e.g.(Cash Book) i want to print 1 page in one sheet only and 2nd continued to 2nd sheet in continuous paper sheet.
but i have problem with the printing
How can i Print 1 page in 1st sheet only
is there any printer or printing setting in tally?

We want to make changes in Import Export Code by deleting One director name from this. Its a Private Limited Company and one of its director is resigned from the post of director.

Amendment for the same is done in ROC records.

I am not interested in doing JOB.. so is it wise to continue CA or i should plan for some type of business??
