Are there any time limit to calculate the gratuity to make a provision as on 31st March.

e.g. if an employee has completed his 6 months in the company, the amount of gratuity will be provided in the books or not.

I passed ipcc in May 2011. i Registered for articles in july. My Final is due in may 2014. I want to enter cs also. I am a graduate and if i join cs now I willn't have to give the foundation and will give inter directly in june 2012.please suggest me for cs .Also let me know when my cs final will be due if I pass foundation in june 2012.
