22 August 2011 sir i m very quite student.dont like to talk too much..i hv served 5 months in mid size firm. now want to join big4 ( delloite).i m scared to speak to person(who is madam) under whom i am working.really want to take transfer.sometimes feels like to do suicide..assignment which is given to me is likely to b finish on 30 aug...after that i dnt want to continue in same firm..frnzz pls tell me whether big 4 is takin transfer student if u hv grt influence??

24 August 2011 For transfer you have to take permission from the ICAI. Joining Big 4 is also not a problem but if you are taking transfer in the same city then it is difficult. First you take transfer outside the city where you are presently serving and then take another transfer by coming back to the same city.
