What is meant by CA in full time practice, in part time practice & CA in whole time employment?

one partner ship firm planning to borrow dollar loan of USD1.2mn for 8yr repayment period to carry on cultivation of cash crops-fruits-vegetables etc

is there any RBI restriction?

does this amount-USD1.2mn come under ECB ?

we will have the company converted as pvt ltd and then seek the loan fund..under such case automatic route is allowed?

i understand horticulture-cultivation of fruits and vegetables are permitted ..is it true?

when we are targeting exports is agri-crops still not eligible?

if the parent co incurres the expn in cash for formation of the other company and incurres expn in cash what will be the accounting treatment will be given

I have set up an export firm (proprietorship) in Mumbai, and i have the following Q.
1. Do i need to register with the Maharashtra Sales tax department?
2. The cost of sales tax registration is INR30,000. is a new business expected to invest such a high amount to start business?
3. How and from where can i get the Form H to claim sales tax exemption?
