can i start CA along with MCOM regular?
will articleship be effected by MCOM regular classes? i'll give test of CPT for CA after joining MCOM.

if the parent co incurres the expn in cash for formation of the other company and incurres expn in cash what will be the accounting treatment will be given

I have set up an export firm (proprietorship) in Mumbai, and i have the following Q.
1. Do i need to register with the Maharashtra Sales tax department?
2. The cost of sales tax registration is INR30,000. is a new business expected to invest such a high amount to start business?
3. How and from where can i get the Form H to claim sales tax exemption?
