What is meant by CA in full time practice, in part time practice & CA in whole time employment?

CA in full time practice can do certification works that means like singing on tax audit reports.
CA in part time practice cannot do any certification works.
Major difference is the above.

at present their is no concept of part time COP.
ICAI issue only full time practice(COP).
