i want to know how to calculate no of months of Tds late payment???i have deducted tds on on 2/april/2011 and made payment on 8 december.. how so many months interest will be charged??

We were having Dr. Balance to TDS payable A/c. That means We have paid Extra TDS on last year.
Our CA told to not pay TDS this year.
I think, we cannot adjust from last year additional paid with this year payable?
