pls tell me procedure for application of DPIN

client have DIN but while filing form 2 they are showing message invalid DPIN..... as per my knowledge MCA have deleted form 7 and we have to apply for DPIN through Form DIN 1. but then im getting this problem...........

Hi My query is whenever minimum wages act for Maharashtra comes it is with Basic and special allowance(DA). So my question is , is it mandatory to give DA also along with basic. If company only gives basic amount as per minimum wages act and dont give DA since the employees is working in office only so is it ok or we will have to give both BASIC & DA?
