Need to be P.O. model as W.O. model as
Material items as work order BOQ and applicable rates & taxes can be given

I want to place work order for perticular jobs, like Outsourcint, Hiring Vehicle, Consultancy. In which invntry items not effected. Then ? How can i create these Work Order in Tally

Yes. work order doesnot have materials. you need to create one group called " Services" under services group you need to create the services like Outsourcing/hiring/consultancy.- this called as Bill of quantities and mention the specific rates for the same. and create as W.O
