we shifted to a new society recently. due to personal ego problem with secretary he announced that he will boycott us from societies functions and started new contribution called as festival fund from all other members every month in maintenance bill only. they have not charged on us to protect there boycotting meaning we are not paying and that is why you can not attained functions. is this ground is valid and does he have that power? As we are new we does not have other members support and they are through intercom telling members not to be in touch with us. provide us with remedy.
