Stamp duty

Can anybody tell what is the implication of stamp duty if shares of Indian Company are transferred by a Mauritius Shareholder to Singapore Shareholder.
Whether stamp duty need to pay in India or not if shares are tranferred by Non resident to non resident

Working hour in articleship

sir,
as per the institute guidelines article working hour can not cross limit of 35 hour per week but in our firm they are taken work weekly around 60 hour, sir will you tell me any solution for this.

Apllicability of service tax & excise duty

I want to know the application of change in the rate of Service Tax & Excise Duty on the industry.
On whcih date we have to mention 12% rate of Excise duty on Sale Blls.

Invoices claim through lc

Can there be a difference in value between commercial invoice and excise invoice when the payment is claimed by means of LC?

The commercial invoice will be claimed with a discount component in the basic prices while excise invoice will not show any such discount.
