1) What are the schedules for profit and loss account and Balance sheet ?

2) profit and loss account of the company should be as per the Income tax act or as per the company act 1956 at the end of the year?.

at the time of filling tds return for Q1 of f.y.2013-14 i hv wrongly taken challan and deductee details Q4 of. f.y. 2012-13 and after that i come to know there is no tds in Q1 in f.y 2013-14. i hv visit IT office bt they are nt given reaspose.what can i do ? there is any option for cancellation of return.

Presently he is refering Padhuka's Publication, Author- G sekar & B saravana prasath for Accounts and Adv. Accounting but he is finding difficult to understand some chapters like Amalgamation, Partnership, hire purchase, branch accounting.
