approved expert means people who have applied to act as an expert to answer queries asked by others and their applications have been accepted by the administrator

Generally in caclubindia all members cannot reply in experts section
.
For that one should apply as an expert by clicking become an expert in experts main page
.
Admin may reject or approve request...whose request got approved they can reply in experts section anf can say approved
.
Some people make expert application in cci with out contribution any thing in site such applications may be rejected
