We have filled a Arbitration case. Arbitration bench was sitted in a private place and they charged some amount for accomodation and it was paid by us. In this regard i want to know that under what head this amount should be debited. Please advise.

need a help

in a internal reconstruction . any debit site balance t/f to goodwill or any credit site site balance t/f to capital reserve account is it right or not give me logic debit site balance means profit or loss . in a reconstruction account if there are credit site is more than that of debit side than there is profit & t/f to capital reserve or goodwill

TDS ON DEBIT NOTE

DEAR MEMBERS,

I am Senior accountant in regal shipping ltd.i have quary about tds on debit note.we have receive bill of creditor(ram & company)about clearing work BEHALF PAY OF REI AGRO.and now we raise debit note REI AGRO FOOD LTD.SO WHOM DEDUCTED TDS.WE YA PARTY.

Joint Venture Accounting in case of oil producing companies.

Can somebody help me how the Joint venture accounting is done in petroleum, oil and gas exploration and producing companies. For eg. RIL, ONGC, OIL etc? What is the procedure followed for getting PSC {Production Sharing Contract}? How the return is filled with DGH (Directore General of Hydrocarbons) and what are the documents has to be submitted ? Please help.

loan instalments of Director

i just want to know that one of my Director of my company purchased vehicle on his personal name and his instalments is coming in companies account so where will this ledger grouped, if its in the name of company it will under secured loan please clary my both quries
