i have following details, please suggest how to pass journal entry??

Total Net profit 328750
Interest on housing loan 40104 for the entire year(shown negative balance while filling the ITR)
ITR shows Net Profit of 288644.

how to pass entry for the above mentioned details to transfer profit to capital account
How much profit should i show in profit and loss account and how much profit should i transfer to capital account?

Please help to solve the problem

Facts of the case -

Assesse constructed a building for residential purposes in the year 2004
Cost of Land - Rs. 2.5 lacs (Purchased 10 years earlier)
Cost of Construction of Building - Rs. 24 lacs
Assesse started business in the year of 2014
Assessee started using that residential property for the purposes for business.
He used that residential property as an office.

Queries -

How to claim depreciation on same?
Should the depreciation be claimed from year AY 15-16 or from the year of construction?
At what rate should depreciation be claimed?
Depreciation should be claimed on whole property or proportionately on only the part used for business?
Depreciation should be claimed on the composite COST of Land & Building (i.e on Rs. 2650000)?

How does reserve preserve money since we can easily take out cash from bank?

How can I import sales data from excel to tally ?

How can I import petty cash data from excel to tally ?

I wish to have cloud base application ?

If anybody come across solution for this please revert.

I just started a business of fabric printing. I print the fabric in two way
1. When client provide the fabric
2. When client not provide the fabric, we have to just print the fabric and give to them

So my question is that is there is requirement of vat and service tax registration
