Dear sir,
Employee appointed in karnataka and deputed to Andra pradesh for 1 year, which state professional tax applicable on this case?

Karnataka P Tax act is applicable on that employee.

There may be reasons that an employee is posted at different locations due to official work, but he/she is getting salary from the same company/firm etc. So according to change in place the liability will not change, so u must follow the rules of the state in which the company is situated.

If have any office in AP, where the employee is doing job; then PT applicability will be in AP.
