SIR,
I WANT TO KNOW THAT THE IF THE DATE OF AGM IS 16TH OF JULY THEN WHAT SHOULD BE THE DATE OF BOOK CLOSURE OF THE COMPANY.
SHOULD THE DATE CAN BE BETWEEN 11TH JULY TO 16TH JULY

Book closure is made for calculation of dividend which is maximum 45 days in a year and 30 days on a continuous basis,in the above question book closed on the date of AGM According to me it is not ok, because without recommendation of Board dividend can not be declared.
