"RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of Section 184(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rule 9(1) of the Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Rules, 2014 the disclosure of interest received from the Director of the Company, Ms. POOJA holder of DIN......., as placed before the Board be and is hereby taken on record".
