we are into real estate developers business. i wanted the board resolution format authorising the director to excute the sale of flats. please guide on urgent basis.

AUTHORISATION FOR SIGNING SALE DEEDS AND RELATED PAPERS
RESOLVED THAT the property situated at ................, ..... in the state of Karnataka be sold to prospective purchaser at the best market price and Mr......., Director of the Company be and is hereby authorized for the sale of Company Property and sign and execute the requisite Agreement for sale , sale deed and such other documents as may be found necessary , modify or amend the documents so executed where necessary and present the documents so signed by him or behalf of the company for registration before the Registrar or Sub Registrar or any Governing Authorities related to the property
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the common seal of the company, wherever required, be affixed herein for completion of aforesaid documentation.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT a copy of this Resolution duly certified by any of the Director of the Company be furnished to anyone concerned or interested in the matter.”
