Is there any amendments in section 134 of the Companies act, 2013 for drafting of Board Report since last filing i.e from Sep. 2015, Thanks in advance

Yes.
1. Ntfn. dt. 4-9-2015. Board report shall not contain information and details of Conservation of energy, technology absorption and foreign exchange earnings and out go in the case of GOVERNMENT COMPANY.
2. Ntfn. dt, 27-7-2016. In addition to the financial position, contribution of subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures to the overall performance of the company should be given in Board Report.
