Date of Board Meeting means date on which Board meeting is held or to be held.

date of director report is on which director report is approved and signed by Board f Director.

is there any connectivity among director report and board meeting?

Yes, Firstly Director Report will be approved by the Board of Director and For this Board Meeting is called. In Board Meeting, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Auditor Report and Director Report is approved.

After approval in Board Meting, the directors or chairman is authorised to sign the Board Report bu order of the Board. After Board Approval ti is placed before the shareholders in Annual General Meeting.

So, both have a major connection, without Board meeting you can not assume the Approval of Director Report.
