Is it possible to propose some business in board meeting minutes? or only a resolution will form part of board meeting minute?

Dear Bhakti,
The correct and valid process is:
Prepare an agenda with all the businesses to be transacted at the BM.
Hold BM and pass all the items by way of resolution.
Prepare minutes and put the resolution as passed in BM.
So to conclude only a board resolution is the part of minutes with necessary commentry explaining the necessity of resolution.

The query is not very clear. If you mean to say that the busiess will not be dealt with in the Board Meeting but will be there in the minutes, then legally it is not possible.
