If only one director had attend the meeting through video conferencing but due to some unavoidable circumstances recording was not done. so is vote of director is valid??
is there is any consequences of non recording of video conferencing ??
Kindly reply according to section, provisions, and rules under companies act 2013 and SS-1.

SS - 1 says there must be sufficient means for Video Conferencing & sufficient proof for Voting.
