In Gujarath State-what is the rate for purchase of Bitumen under VAT and CST.

Bitumen falls under industrial input and hence attracts 5% VAT rate (4% basic plus 1% additional).
In case of CST purchase, if it is purchased against C Form then 2%.
In case of CST purchase, if it is purchased against C Form then 2%.
