06 November 2013 We are the manuf of carbondioxide and transporting by mobile tankers to all over india.

we are using Bio diesel for our truck operation.

Can we take VAT credit in Andhrapradesh.

07 November 2013 You can take the credit of Bio diesel as a raw material for manufacture of carbon dioxide. Since, bio diesel is taxable @ 5% in AP, you can take the credit of the same. Provided you would be doing taxable sales for setting off the input so availed. Further, please refer to Rule 20 of APVAT Rules, 2005.
