21 December 2009 is there any liability for builders of residential complexes to pay service tax now? can the department collect this under the existing laws

24 December 2009 In my view in normal contracts which builder enter the ST may not be applicable on count of either being a immovable property transfer and not a service or a construction of complex for persoanl use therefore excluded.
