Becoming difficult to be c.a. by every attempt

Dear expert,
I cleared my C.A. Final 1st group in june 2009 and thereafter i joined service in pvt. ltd. company, but i can not give time to my studies for 2nd group and so i could not clear my 2nd group from last 3 years.
I also not in position to leave job.
can any one me suggest, how will be it possible
