E15 , E19, E 20, E22 ARE MANDATORY

I WANT TO CLARIFICATION ABOUT
IF AVAILABLE "
WHAT IS MEAN OF THIS WORD IN ITR 4
IF FIGURE AVAILBLE
OR
YOU HAVE THESE AT 31 MARCH (LOAN , CAPITAL , FIXED ASSETS e.t.c.)
PEOPLE WHO DECLERE HIS BUSINES INCOME ON PRESUMTIVE BASIS 8%
NOT MAINTAIN ACOUNT BOOKS
SO HAVE NOT FIGURE OF 31 MARCH BALENCE
IN THIS CASE WHAT HE WILL DO
