29 October 2013 I HAVE A CLIENT WHO NEEDS A HOUSING LOAN OF 21 LAKHS . HOW IS BACK DATED ITR SHALL BE FILE TO LET HIM AVAIL LOAN . HE HAS NOT FILED ITR FOR A.Y.2012-13 AND A.Y.2013-14
