NORMALLY AUDITOR APPOINTED TO FILL CASUAL VACANCY DUE TO RESIGNATION HAS BEEN APPOINTED UP TO NEXT AGM.
BUT BY MISTAKE I HAVE UPLOADED ADT-1 FOR FIVE YEARS INSTEAD OF PARTICULAR ONE YEAR.
SO HOW COULD I RECTIFY MY MISTAKE ON MCA

Its very Simple, in the next AGM, passed a resolution where Shareholders of the company do not ratify the appointment for the next period
