For a company (either pub or pvt.), which form I need to prepare-3CA OR 3CB OR BOTH? PLS EXPLAIN.

In case of Company ,it is Form 3CA and in other case it Form 3CB, along with Form 3CD in both cases

The Tax auditor has to give his Tax audit report in either Form 3CA or Form 3CB.
For Companies irrespective of private or public companies - Audit report has to be given in Form 3CA and annexure to the audit report is Form 3CD.
For other than Companies - Audit report has to be given in Form 3CB and annexure to the audit report is Form 3CD.
For Companies irrespective of private or public companies - Audit report has to be given in Form 3CA and annexure to the audit report is Form 3CD.
For other than Companies - Audit report has to be given in Form 3CB and annexure to the audit report is Form 3CD.
