19 September 2011 If suppose one of our LLP is having a t/o of Rs 50 Lacs but there contribution is 2 Lac whether audit is needed for our client

Pls guide me with respect to above issue

19 September 2011 No need to do tax audit as it do not fall within criteria of the same.

Only statutory audit will be require to done.
